Food Handler Training (FHT)

(Compulsory as in Food Hygiene Regulation 2009)
Food Handler Training is a comprehensive program by by the Food Safety & Quality Division, Ministry of Health (MoH) to all food handlers in food manufacturing, food services, hospitality, logistics and food retail industry.
This training is a compulsory training as stated in Food Hygiene Regulation 2009 which covers areas of food handling practices aspects based on food hygiene and safety principles. (Recognized by Ministry of Health (MoH).

Who Should Attend?

All food handlers, as defined in the Food Hygiene Regulations (2009).
